Data Centers

With society’s increased reliance on working remotely, data centers seem to be popping up almost everywhere you turn.

They may appear to be a basic warehouse building to shield a wide range of servers and other computer equipment from the exterior. As a result, one might infer that the creation of such a straightforward structure is simple. Despite their basic appearance, however, data center construction is anything but simple – backup generators, electrical systems, security room protocols, and air filtration systems are just the beginning of the complexity of such projects.

Once construction is complete, the developer will begin the commissioning process, which tests the critical functionality of the data center to ensure that it can perform to the design goals. It’s essentially a simulation and stress test.

Finally, the facility can be commissioned and tenants may now begin moving in.

Let First Lineage handle the site services for your data center construction project to help smooth the process along every step of the way.
